Latin Business Club of America

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Contact:  Monica Puig 786.357.7998

CORAL GABLES, FL., June 1, 2007 - Latin Business Club of America (LBCA)  announced today the appointment of Mark Sandate as Chief Executive Officer. This appointment is effective immediately.

”I am excited to have this opportunity to work with Monica Puig and the prestigious Latin Business Club of America. To be a part of an organization whose mission is to promote businesses within the Latin community, while simultaneously building relationships and facilitating connections is simply an honor and a privilege. The quality and the professionalism of the members drawn to LBCA is incredible and I look forward to sharing that energy as I fulfill my mandate to expand LBCA into other Latino markets around the country,” said Mark Sandate.

Sandate enjoys 15 years of success in organizational management and leadership in the business and military arenas.  He is a dedicated and results-oriented advisor whose goal through his own company MASSolutions, LLC is to identify the challenges facing small and mid-size businesses worth between $1-$15 million and design practical solutions that meet the goals of each entrepreneur.

In his previous role as independent consultant to LBCA through MAS Solutions, LLC, Sandate guided LBCA through dynamic business environments of exceptional growth in size and sales and is responsible for the set up of a business development blueprint and new accounting controls in preparing the company for its national expansion.

“LBCA grew faster than I had planned and I was getting over-stretched.  In the last year, Mark has been indispensable in positioning LBCA’s security in terms of strategy, fiduciary value, and expansion plans,” said Monica Puig, President and Founder of LBCA,  “Mark understands and shares my vision and values for LBCA; and just as important, as a Hispanic small business owner, he understands the needs and challenges that other Latinos face in running their businesses which is a Must in offering them a service that is affordable and valuable.  It was clear that Mark was the right person to take LBCA to the next level.   New York City is just the start.”

LBCA will be launching its NYC chapter in October, 2007 and plans to announce its NYC Chapter Director on June 26th, 2007.  More info:  305.728.7021 or www.latinbiz.net

About Latin Business Club of America: Founded in 2000, Latin Business Club of America has become an important strategic alliance for businesses who desire a presence in the Latin community. The company’s goal was to develop a way for businesses to expose their messages and products to top executives at a time when they would associate the pleasurable relaxed experience to the product. This goal was accomplished through the development of monthly networking events. The company wanted to give their members, today surpassing 12,000, not only the benefit of promoting their businesses B2B but also to the world, thus creating this Web site where members are listed by category. On October 2003, Latin Business Club of America introduced its own business magazine. The company is launching its NYC Chapter on October 25, 2007.
