LATIN
BUSINESS CLUB OF AMERICA AND THE NATIONAL SOCIETY OF HISPANIC MBAS
ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP.
MIAMI,
FL – (February 2, 2005) –
The Latin Business Club of America, a networking organization
dedicated to promoting businesses within the Latin community and
uniting Latinos in their business efforts, and The National Society
of Hispanics MBAs (NSHMBA), an organization created to foster
Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and
professional development, have announced a strategic partnership to
expand the networking opportunities between both organizations.
“Our
organizations share the same commitment to providing opportunities
to our Latin professionals in the workforce and a valuable vision of
growth, education and advancement of Latinos in the United States,” commented Monica Puig, founder and President of the Latin
Business Club. “We are very pleased to have the
opportunity to work with NSHMBA. We strongly support
their mission and would like to do our part in the development of
more Hispanic leaders in our community.”
Under
the agreement, NSHMBA and The Latin Business Club will cross-promote
their organizations and activities. The members will benefit
from the expansion of networking opportunities. Additionally,
The Latin Business Club business magazine, “LatinBiz,” will be
distributed at all NSHMBA’s events. NSHMBA will have a
column in the magazine promoting higher education and updated
information about MBA opportunities for Hispanics.

professionals and business owners in South Florida, and to create
the awareness that our kids should stay in school, not only through
